The Rookery Guest House has 8 en-suite bedrooms, including 1 x superior King room which can also convert to a family room, 1 King Room which can also convert to a family room, 2 x double rooms with shower, 1 x double with bath and shower, 1 x Twin, 1 x Single room and 1 x Family suite with views of Swanage bay.  Please phone us as there is ability to change certain rooms to accommodate.

All of our B&B bedrooms have flat screen digital TV's with freeview for when you just want to relax in your room.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in every room, and you will also find an information pack for your stay.

No need to bring a hairdryer! We provide these too, and free WiFi access is available for you to use anywhere in the B&B.

We are very child friendly - not just tolerant! All of our family accomodation has plenty of space, and we can provide a travel cot and high chair if you wish (please ask when booking, limited availability).

We can even lend you a few toys and books for your stay all free of charge. Take a look at our Family Fun page for things to do in the area.

Accomodation Information

Check in is from 4pm till 8pm (if you expect to arrive outside of these times please contact us in advance). 

You will be given a key for your room and the front door for 24 hour access. 

Check out time on day of departure is 10.30am.
