To reserve a room you will be required to provide valid card details to guarantee the booking.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Deposits can be made by debit/credit card. The balance is due on departure and may be paid by cash or credit/debit card. Cheques are only accepted if the cheque is presented with time to clear by the end of your stay.
Please be aware that we make a 2.5% charge on credit card payments – debit cards incur no charge.
We are a small business so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests. We do however appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.
If you cancel your reservation a charge equivalent to the rooms single night rate will be made. If you cancel less than 7 days before your stay you may be responsible to a charge equivalent to the total amount of your stay. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Our usual check in times are 4-8pm. If you need to arrive outside of these times please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Check out is 10.30 am on day of departure.
Smoking is prohibited in the building. We reserve the right to terminate the booking in the event of failure or suspicion of failure to comply with this request without being liable for refund or compensation.
Any damage to the fixtures and fittings during your stay is liable to be charged to the card details given at time of booking.
